About
After three successful events in Sofia and an outstanding one in 2017 in Burgas, we are delighted to announce the fifth Annual Outsourcing Conference, will be hosted in Varna - one of the fastest developing cities in Bulgaria, at the five star hotel “International”, Golden Sands, on June 8th, 2018.
From factories and warehouses to the emergency rooms and finance offices, the demand for reliability and productivity has led to increasing adoption of applications of the New Era. Many repetitive tasks now relegated to business process outsourcing are getting competition from innovative technologies.
What is the impact of digitization to the outsourcing industry? What are the possible scenarios for the development of the BPO industry? Are we witnessing just an evolution stage or the business will soon be radically reshaped to enter a New Age of development?
How will our Talent management reshape?
Does the value we are adding towards our clients needs an update as well?
As one of the leading worldwide outsourcing destination is Bulgaria capable to lead the way in the further digitization of business processes and set global trends? How would this reflect on the economy, the education and the foreign investments?
In a bid to answer these questions for a fifth year, the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association (BOA) will host the country’s most important gathering of outsourcing sector’s leaders, CEOs, C-level and senior executives giving a stage to strategic and in-depth coverage and independent point of view of the businesses and all stakeholders.
