CRITERIA

The Innovation in Business Processes and Operations Award recognizes the implementation of innovations in business processes and operations to improve operational performance and/or to demonstrate commitment to the development and the future of the industry through continuous service innovations. The innovation can include changes in the process of the services, improvement in the internal business system, changes in the tools and methods used for delivering the service.
Judges will compare how well each submission has performed in the areas BUSINESS CHALLENGE, PROJECT OVERVIEW, RESULTS ACHIEVED and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, consistent with the organization’s long-term objectives.
